SEKTECH CORP is contracted by the Department of Veteran Affairs to design, furnish and install a several modular facilities for the business units and the Safety Office of the VAMC West Haven CT Campus via design/build.  

SEKTECH CORP is also contracted by the Department of Veteran Affairs to upgrade three existing pharmacies to be USP 797 compliant. The major scope of work here consists of Project Design (30/60/90 percent development), Asbestos Abatement, selective Demolition, miscellaneous Site Work, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall, Painting, etc. SEKTECH also has several ongoing environmental remediation projects involving Asbestos, Lead, and Mold.

BMC was contracted to provide construction/project management oversight to ongoing Construction Projects in their Connecticut branch office. Subsequently, BMC was also contracted to be the Head of Estimating and to provide oversight to their Corporate Office. BMC also provided training to Project Managers and Superintendents. Responsibilities as the Head of Estimating included review and evaluation of all Bids, preparation of Technical Proposals, and review of Subcontractor bidding proposals. Duties also include planning, establishing, and reviewing contracts, programs, and policies/procedures, including staff advisory for SEKTECH.
