Brewington Management was contracted University of Maryland Medical Systems to provide services including Owner’s representative, coordination with local government and agencies, design review, RFP development, analyzing and evaluating cost and technical proposals, soliciting proposals, contract scope preparation, administering contracts, quality control, project administration, budgets, project analysis (problem-solving, analyzing, & monitoring), value engineering, coordination of field activities and contractors and subcontractors’ work, and project execution.
