Brewington Management Company services include design development and review, A/E RFP development, analyzing and evaluating cost and technical proposals, soliciting proposals, contract scope preparation, administering contracts, quality control, project analysis (problem-solving, analyzing, & monitoring), value engineering, medical equipment, furniture, and artwork, and Owner’s Representative.
