This project included renovations to an existing occupied federal Office Building Lobby including a new Storefront System, a structural glass wall system, new millwork and marble features, exterior paving and handrails, exterior light features, and an upgraded electrical and security system.
Brewington Management Company was contracted by HSSC to provide Construction/Project Management services on two separate projects simultaneously. The services included but was not limited to scheduling, quality control, construction management training, supervision of project team members, project administration, budgets, claims, project analysis (problem solving, analyzing, & monitoring) review of submittals, coordination of field activities and subcontractors’ work, subcontractor management, collecting and reviewing the certified payrolls for the contractor and subcontractors prior to submission, and project execution.
