Complete renovation and upgrade to two (2) existing wastewater pumping stations. The project includes the replacement of large sewage pumps and all new electrical gear—the complete restoration of the building exterior, including new roof and masonry repairs. The project also includes a new instrumentation package, odor control equipment, and total HVAC and plumbing systems replacement.
BMC was contracted by W.M Schlosser for Construction/Project Management services included but are not limited to scheduling, quality control, construction management training, supervision of project team members, project administration, budgets, claims, project analysis (problem solving, analyzing, & monitoring) review of submittals, coordination of field activities and subcontractors’ work, subcontractor management, collecting and reviewing the certified payrolls for the contractor and subcontractors prior to submission, and project execution.
