This project involved the 48-bed maximum security addition to the Clifford Perkins Hospital in Jessup, Maryland. The new addition included cast-in-place structural concrete, reinforced masonry walls and structural steel, joists, and a deck. The security work included Security doors, frames and hardware, Detention windows with security screens, and Special security glass. The site work included the installation of temporary security fencing, a parking lot expansion, erosion controls, site utilities, and the establishment of a stormwater management basin. This project also included installing a paved recreation area, bio-retention soils, site furnishings, security fencing, gates, and operators.
Brewington Management Company provides Project Management of various trades and Administrative Support to W.M. Schlosser. Project Management Services of the following trades included Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Site Furnishing, Lawns and Grasses, Exterior Plants, Expansion Joint Assemblies, Joint Sealers, and Firestopping. Project Administrative Support was also provided.
